The Winner.

Steve Misati is a Kenya-based Marine Conservationist, Climate Justice Advocate and Environmental Defender working to champion meaningful youth engagement for marine conservation and climate action. Steve is an ardent campaigner for the role that mangrove ecosystems can play in supporting ocean conservation and advocates for mangrove restoration through both conservation and conversations. As well as running Youth Pawa, Steve brings positive changes to his environment and the community by creating and managing online climate action campaigns, participating in climate walks, and organising environment and beach cleanups and tree planting activities.

Also, as a passionate environmentalist and climate justice advocate, Steve seeks pleasure in making efforts and bringing positive changes to his environment and community. He has pushed his climate actions’ and environmental objectives forward by creating and managing climate action campaigns, taking part in climate walks, organising environment and beach cleanups, and planting trees. Indeed, as a person who always looks at the bigger picture, Steve focuses more on the positive outcomes than the exhausting challenges.
